In addition to staff with permanent contracts of employment, we also make use of temporary staff and staff employed on Euroflex contract terms.
Given the nature of the work, we mainly employ full-timers in Foodservice. Logistics work is usually performed by men and so we see a different composition of the workforce.
The following graph shows the staff numbers by Sligro Food Group in the year 2016 and 2017 (when Sligro Food Group still active was in the Food retail market with EMTÉ-supermarkets).
