Sligro Food Group N.V. and Rooswinkel Horeca Groothandel B.V., Roermond, announce that they expect to reach agreement on the acquisition by Sligro of Rooswinkel’s wholesale activities.
Rooswinkel generates most of its revenue from delivery-service operations, but also has a small cash-and carry section. Rooswinkel’s sales in 2013 were over €30 million. Rooswinkel has around 120 full-time employees, who will transfer to Sligro Food Group.
