Veghel, 5 March 2018 - Sligro Food Group N.V., Jumbo Groep Holding B.V. and Coop Holding B.V. are pleased to announce that they expect to reach agreement on the sale of all the shares.

Net profit for the year amounted to €81 million, which is an increase of 9.9% compared with 2016.
